Associate Digital Product Manager - 12-month FTC

Description

Are you customer focused, commercially minded, and an expert helping to create and manage conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programmes? Do you have great analytical skills, hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms and love to find new ways to innovate, optimise and create brilliant customer experiences? We have a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity in AXA Health.

You’ll ensure we have the right digital analytics in place across AXA Health’s digital estate. You’ll support creation of dashboards and reports, ensuring the appropriate tracking is in place to meet our business requirements. You’ll use these analytics to help shape and deliver CRO programmes.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Tunbridge Wells or Bournemouth offices, visiting clients or attending industry events. Monthly travel to our London office.

This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
