Associate Director - Commercial Senior Legal Counsel Legal Recruitment | In-House Banking & Financial Services & Professional Services | Taylor Root About the Company Leading professional services organisation seeks Associate Director to join their highly skilled in‑house legal team in London. About the Role An opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team, in a varied role supporting all levels of the organisation across service lines and the full range of internal business functions. It will be to engage on both the client and supplier side with an emphasis on sell‑side, providing commercial and facilitative advice with the opportunity to be the legal lead on firm‑wide projects, working closely with the business. Offering interesting and broad spread of project work (software development, systems integration, business transformation) and client contracts (engagement agreements, MSAs, GFAs), including tech, software, licensing, outsourcing, government and public sector agreements, tenders, RFP responses, supplier agreements and AI. Qualifications
You will have over 8 years’ PQE and proven experience as a commercial lawyer In‑house experience is essential Experience and grounding from a top tier City law firm is helpful UK/commonwealth jurisdiction/common law jurisdiction qualification; visa sponsorship is not offered
Required Skills
Demonstrable experience of negotiating, drafting and advising across a range of commercial contracts, preferably within a professional services environment or similar.
