General Description:
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional to join BeOne’s global procurement team, supporting a complex organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Global Corporate Spend, the GTS/IT Global Lead will manage a team and optimize approximately $150MM in spend for growth, synergies, and efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience, be a hands-on self-starter, and capable of leading global teams, negotiations, and strategy creation with a solid understanding of corporate procurement at a global level. Remote work is possible, but proximity to Cambridge, MA; Hopewell, NJ; or San Carlos, CA is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations for major GTS/IT spend opportunities
- Optimize supply base and costs, leveraging cost management techniques
- Manage relationships with key partners and suppliers, including performance management
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Create procurement strategies for in-scope spend
- Manage spend across sub-categories to balance value delivery
Activities include:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships to meet company needs and deliver value
- Category Management: Implement category strategies ensuring quality and supply at optimal costs
- Cost Management: Develop cross-functional alignment and manage sourcing pipelines
- Strategic Sourcing: Implement initiatives to mitigate risk and ensure quality and cost standards
- Supplier Management: Classify suppliers and execute SRM programs
- Risk Management: Monitor supply base risks and implement mitigation initiatives
- Synergy Delivery: Manage sourcing initiatives to achieve cost savings and develop trusted relationships
- Team Development: Ensure team is skilled, empowered, and motivated
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related experience
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of category managers supporting GTS/IT
Skills:
Familiarity with procurement platforms, spend analytics, market tools, MS Office, and SAP
Travel:
Domestic and international travel required

Salary Range: $131,100 - $181,100 annually
