ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - Digital and Paid Media, Healthcare
- £70,000 to £75,000 plus benefits
- Permanent position - hybrid working (3 days in the office)

A multi-award-winning, global communications consultancy is looking for an experienced Associate Director to grow the digital channels across various divisions. Healthcare will be the main focus, but you will also work across consumer, corporate, and retail sectors. This is a core role within the company, so experience driving growth and delivering quality results for healthcare clients in a global PR agency is essential. You will need expert knowledge of paid social media strategies, influencer marketing programs, and experience managing account teams.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and lead digital communications strategies and campaigns for key client accounts
- Offer expert advice on paid social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok
- Create and deliver influencer and advocacy marketing strategies across sectors
- Ensure attention to detail and quality management of client budgets, maintaining profitability
- Lead and mentor account teams to ensure high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with wider teams to create meaningful content
- Identify opportunities to create new business and grow the digital division
Experience Required:
- Significant experience in driving digital campaigns within a global agency
- Expert knowledge in paid and organic social media strategy, with hands-on campaign management experience
- Proven experience in creating and delivering influencer and advocacy campaigns
- Strong commercial understanding and experience managing account profitability
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams
- Comfortable working with various stakeholders across the agency
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends in healthcare communications
