About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Health and Safety Consultants to join our associate network. This role is ideal for UK-based professionals who are open to international travel and are excited to work with diverse organisations across the UK, Middle East, and India.
As an Associate Auditor, you will lead or contribute to a range of projects from conducting best practice audits and evaluating existing systems, to shaping wellbeing initiatives and delivering high impact training. You will work alongside a supportive team of subject matter experts and play a vital role in helping clients strengthen their health, safety, and wellbeing cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive audits of health and safety management systems across a variety of industries and locations.
- Conduct assessments against standards such as ISO 45001 and our proprietary Five Star Best Practice Audit framework.
- Review and evaluate client policies, procedures, and risk controls, identifying areas for improvement and best-practice adoption.
- Produce high-quality reports with clear findings, practical recommendations, and actionable insights.
- Support the development of wellbeing and safety policies, systems, and interventions.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of bespoke training sessions and stakeholder briefings.
- Stay abreast of relevant legislative updates and emerging trends in workplace health, safety, and wellbeing.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrable experience in a professional health and safety role, with a strong track record of applying best practices in diverse settings.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent recognised health and safety qualification.
- Certified ISO Lead Auditor in at least one of: ISO 45001, ISO 9001, or ISO 14001.
- Hands-on experience conducting internal or external audits.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and a genuine passion for improving workplace wellbeing and safety.
