A highly respected regional law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. What You'll Do:
As an Associate or Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will join a team of 28 lawyers and support professionals and play an integral part in handling complex transactions across the full breadth of commercial property law. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
- Managing your own caseload of middle to high-end commercial property transactions.
- Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law including sales, purchases, leases, acquisitions, disposals, banking finance arrangements, and asset management.
- If working from the office, be available to support colleagues in person; if remote, maintain effective communication through digital channels.
What You Bring:
To excel as an Associate or Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will bring proven expertise and have the following:
- 3-7 PQE in commercial property law.
- Confidence in independently managing a varied caseload involving sales, purchases, leases, acquisitions, disposals, banking finance arrangements, and asset management matters.
- Excellent communication skills with both clients and colleagues to ensure clarity throughout all stages of each transaction.
