Be part of Infosys Consulting as a leader responsible for sales, delivery and proposition development for Oracle ERP programmes at key clients. The role involves leading and shaping Oracle integrated transformation solutions, engaging with senior stakeholders, and acting as a trusted advisor on Oracle-related matters. You will identify new business opportunities, manage proactive proposal development, and oversee consulting revenues and operating margins for key accounts.
The team helps global firms and recognizable brands transform value through digital ERP solutions and services. You will contribute to finance and accounting transformations by aligning Oracle Cloud capabilities with enterprise-wide decision-making and operational improvements, while working in a multi-cultural, collaborative environment.
The role includes hands-on leadership in driving new business, strategy, and implementation of Oracle solutions into mid to large enterprises, with a focus on delivering high-quality services on time and within budget. You will coordinate relationships with partners and engagement managers, while guiding junior and senior staff to achieve client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to capture and sell Oracle integrated transformation solutions and services within the relevant market segment.
- Shape and sell Oracle ERP solutions by engaging with senior stakeholders to solve business challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Oracle-related matters within the market.
- Identify new and expansion business opportunities to ensure Infosys Consulting can provide additional high-quality services.
- Lead proactive proposal development, emphasizing Infosys Consulting value proposition, differentiators, and win themes.
- Be accountable for consulting revenues and operating margins for the key accounts (annual revenue target of $6 Mn from consulting engagements).
- Drive new business, sales strategy, and implementation of Oracle solutions in mid to large enterprises and improve business processes.
- Manage opportunities at key accounts to capitalize on high-quality service delivery.
- Strengthen Infosys Consulting's position with large clients and broaden presence across existing accounts.
- Ensure consistent delivery of services, solutions, and products on time and within cost, and develop processes to mitigate business risks.
- Coordinate relationship-building activities with partners, engagement managers, subject-matter experts, and other Infosys Consulting personnel.
- Provide leadership to subordinate managers, supporting their professional growth through coaching and mentoring.
Qualifications
- Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle Oracle programs.
- Recognized expert in Oracle with ability to align functional areas with business requirements.
- Proven thought leadership in Oracle, including production or publication of marketable knowledge.
- Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources.
- Strong commercial development skills, engaging with senior executives and aiming to exceed targets.
- Leadership experience within a services organization, mentoring teams and delivering client satisfaction.
- Ability to define innovative solutions to client problems and to sell at executive/board levels.
- Strong networks and involvement in industry activities, conferences, and thought leadership.
- Comfort operating at senior levels within complex organizations and building trust with key customers.
- Proven track record of delivering consulting and technology services in dynamic corporate environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for large groups.
- Collaborative team player with leadership by example and willingness to roll up sleeves.
- Ability to travel as required.
