Associate Product Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager to help shape the success of our product portfolio by supporting product development throughout the product lifecycle
This role provides an excellent step for an early-career product professional who is ready for increased accountability and wants to build on their Product Management skills. You will work closely with other Product Managers, Engineering, Sales and customers to ensure that our products deliver value to our customers
We operate a flexible working model with the successful candidate required to travel to their local office at least three times a week
Key Responsibilities - What you’ll do:
- Working with product management colleagues, to define and maintain product roadmaps and feature backlogs for selected products
- Take responsibility for assigned products, ensuring they remain supported, relevant and commercially optimized until end of life
- Gather insights into customer use cases, market needs, and competitor offerings, with a focus on identifying opportunities to improve, or retire, assigned products
- Draft user stories, specifications and documentation for enhancements, deprecation or replacement initiatives
- Work closely with development and design teams, contributing to backlog management, sprint planning and product reviews
- Act as a point of contact for customer feedback on assign products, working with sales and support teams to ensure issues are captured and addressed
- Use customer insights to prioritize outcomes that enhance the product experience, operational efficiency and product capabilities
- Track KPIs and financial performance of products in all lifecycle stages, supporting cost-benefit analysis, identifying trends and making recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to create effective product messaging, FAQs, and enablement materials for new product releases, product updates, and lifecycle management
- Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders and colleagues across Engineering, Operations and Commercial Teams
What you’ll bring

- Exposure to defining and delivering B2B and software first products and solutions across multiple markets and territories
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum practices, including backlog management
- The ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and peers, driving consensus and commitment even when parties do not agree
- The confidence to participate in technical discussions and to push back on others when appropriate
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- A blend of curiosity, passion, resilience and optimism with a strong desire to “make a difference”
