Associate Product Manager (Remote, UK-based)
Up to 45K base + Excellent Benefits | Remote-First with occasional London visits
We’re exclusively partnered with a modern SaaS wealth platform provider looking to hire an Associate Product Manager to support their next phase of product evolution. With one of the best wealth planning and tracking platforms in the market, this business is focused on continuous product improvement, starting with operations and scaling into creative, customer-centric features.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their product journey, perhaps a graduate or someone with up to 2 years of experience in a Product, Business Analyst, or Consulting environment, who is excited to learn and contribute across the full product lifecycle.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Product Manager in delivering product improvements across internal tools and client-facing platforms.
- Triage and analyse operational inefficiencies (e.g. direct debits, withdrawals), making data-driven recommendations.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, SRE and Platform teams to deliver initiatives.
- Participate in the Product Committee and gain exposure to strategic decision-making.
- Over time, grow into a more proactive, creative product role as processes mature.
- Help define success metrics and monitor product impact.
You’ll bring:
- 0–2 years' experience in a relevant role (Associate PM, BA, Consultant, etc.)
- Natural curiosity for digital products, with strong organisational and communication skills.
- A commercial mindset and desire to “own” aspects of the product roadmap.
- Comfort working with technical teams and a willingness to learn Agile principles.
- Bonus: any exposure to finance, fintech or wealth management is welcome.
Why join?
- Fully remote (with occasional London meetups) – flexibility with structure.
- An empowering, mission-led team that puts client value and empathy first.
- Pathway to grow into a Product Manager role.
- Competitive benefits including private healthcare, mental wellbeing support, pension, and tech schemes.
Interview Process:
- Initial chat with the Hiring Manager (45 mins)
- Product presentation around analysis and feature ideas
- Final conversation with the COO
We are moving quickly! All stakeholders are available in July, and we’re ideally looking to make an offer by early August for a late August/early September start.
Apply now or reach out for a confidential conversation.
