The Role

Join our supportive team as an Audit & Accounts Manager, managing a portfolio of high-calibre clients. You\'ll oversee audit assignments from planning to completion, prepare statutory accounts, and develop junior staff while building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client portfolio and audit assignments
• Prepare and finalise statutory accounts

What We're Looking For

• Qualified: ACA/ACCA qualified Audit & Accounts Manager
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in audit & accounts practice
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, CCH software, and audit packages
• Client Focus: Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Leadership: Ability to delegate, coach, and manage teams
