Your responsibilities include:
- Managing client assignments, preparing reports for review.
- Coordinating service delivery and ensuring efficient information collection.
- Meeting compliance deadlines and liaising with tax teams for planning.
- Resource planning for jobs, considering staff continuity.
- Identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Highlighting issues for partner/director discussion.
- Planning assignment approaches with budgets and deadlines.
- Preparing data summaries and reports.
- Maintaining client records and documenting meetings.
- Communicating with clients and internal teams regularly.
- Reporting client dissatisfaction promptly.
- Promoting the firm’s values.
What We’re Looking For
- Up-to-date knowledge of Auditing and Financial Reporting Standards.
- Understanding of departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Familiarity with ICAEW/ACCA exams and ethics training.
- Knowledge of student competencies.
- Technical competence and risk awareness.
- Ability to produce and analyze projections.
- Innovative mindset for client and firm improvements.
- Effective time management and deadline adherence.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to lead internal projects and communicate findings.
- Strong relationship-building skills internally and externally.
