Your responsibilities include:

  2. Coordinating service delivery and ensuring efficient information collection.
  3. Meeting compliance deadlines and liaising with tax teams for planning.
  4. Resource planning for jobs, considering staff continuity.
  5. Identifying opportunities for additional services.
  6. Highlighting issues for partner/director discussion.
  7. Planning assignment approaches with budgets and deadlines.
  8. Preparing data summaries and reports.
  9. Maintaining client records and documenting meetings.
  10. Communicating with clients and internal teams regularly.
  11. Reporting client dissatisfaction promptly.
  12. Promoting the firm’s values.
