This leadership role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering high-impact solutions, building lasting client relationships, and driving sustainable business growth across complex, asset-driven industries.
Establish and nurture trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in the real estate and wider commercial sectors, offering strategic advice tailored to each client's unique needs.
Identify growth opportunities across the real estate and commercial markets, leveraging your network and market insight to expand the firm's client base and service offerings.
Strategic Advisory: Provide forward-thinking guidance on areas such as portfolio optimization, regulatory change, ESG strategies, digital transformation, and operational efficiency.
Keep abreast of trends, risks, and policy developments impacting real estate and other commercial sectors, ensuring clients are prepared and positioned for success.
Proven experience as a Director or Partner in a professional services environment, with a focus on real estate or asset-heavy commercial sectors.
Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, investment cycles, regulatory considerations, and operational challenges.
ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or relevant advisory experience.
