Audit Director
Location: London (50% remote)
Salary: Up to £110,000
The Opportunity
We are seeking an Audit Director to lead and grow a substantial London-based portfolio across sectors including listed businesses (predominantly AIM), financial services, and international groups. You will play a critical role in:
- Leading and delivering high-quality audits for complex clients.
- Managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
- Working closely with Partners and leadership on strategic initiatives and succession planning.
- Helping to position our firm as the go-to alternative for clients seeking quality audit services outside of the Top 4.
Key Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with extensive audit leadership experience.
- Strong technical knowledge, particularly IFRS; AIM-listed audit experience highly advantageous.
- Demonstrable track record of managing large, complex audit portfolios from planning through to completion.
- Experience gained in a Top 10 firm (or equivalent) preferred.
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ambitious and adaptable, with the drive to contribute to a high-growth, PE-backed environment.
