THE ROLE

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth integration of our product and ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers. This role demands an effective communicator with a solid background in external audit, experience in leading group training sessions, and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE:

• Gaining an understanding of the Inflo range of products and training content.
• Leading training sessions in either an end-user training environment, or a train-the-trainer environment.
• Delivering both in person and virtual training sessions.
• Providing feedback on the training material and support efforts to make improvements.
• Conducting virtual Q&A sessions with Inflo customers.
• Conducting deep-dive workshops on technical topics related to the platform functionality.
• Providing feedback and input on product enhancement opportunities.
• Assisting with customer inquiries.

THE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)

• 2+ years External Audit Experience, with strong organizational skills. Alternatively, substantial project, product or program management specific to professional services or software would also be considered.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and presentation skills
• Strong communication and organization skills with experience managing projects.
• Effective and professional communicator, innovative mindset, organized and proactive.
• Have a sound understanding of technology within the audit and accountancy sector, or an enthusiasm to learn.
• Be a resourceful self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and a “can-do” attitude is required.

THE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED)

• CPA or equivalent.
• Have experience in audit methodology analysis, training, or development.
• Have experience in a project or product or program management.
• Have experience utilizing project management software
• Have experience leading audit and/or technology adoption, training, methodology, or other innovation efforts in accounting firms.
