We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join our office in Reading. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients across a wide range of industries. As a key leadership figure within the Audit team, you will lead and develop members of the audit team whilst ensuring clients receive a quality service in all aspects.

You’ll Make An Impact By

• Identifying and resolving key audit matters and contentious items, in consultation with the client, senior members of the team and our national technical team as appropriate
• Briefing and overseeing staff on assignments and providing on the job training as required
• Attending and presenting at client audit committee and board meetings
• Assisting with business development opportunities, including participation in scoping and pitching
• Attending and participating in networking events

What We Are Looking For

• ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
• Currently working as an Audit Manager within a professional services firm, with proven experience in client handling and in producing high-quality Assurance
• Experience of analytical review approach desirable
