Wescon is a highly specialized precision aviation tool manufacturer with offices in Lake Forest, CA and Houston, TX. Our products are 100% designed and manufactured in the United States. We take pride in serving the aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry since 1987. We’re looking for a sales manager responsible for direct sales to aviation and aerospace manufactureres and related firms in the European region.
Job Responsibilities
- Building a growth strategy centered around brand awareness and financial growth.
- Identify prospective aicraft and aerospace manufactureres and decision makers within organizations.
- Leverage your network to identify potential business opportunities.
- Convert prospective leads into clients.
- Competitor and market awareness to emphasize Wescon’s value proposition.
- Network with key decision markers within airlines at events, workshops and trade associations.
- Account Management.
- Ability to negotiate and close contracts.
- In depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Build relationships with distributors, resellers and manufacturers.
- In depth knowledge in aviation tooling.
Job Requirements
- Excellent presentation and communications skills.
- 5-10 Years experience in European market in aviation tool sales.
- 2-5 Years experience in the Aviation industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, sales or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Familiarity with precision aviation tools.
