Overview
Principal Consultant - Software Development – I’m looking for 4 Azure Data Architects, to work for a consulting client of mine based in Manchester.
Remote: The client ideally wants candidates to work 3 days a week out of Manchester or London, but are prepared to consider remote applicants for this role.
These roles will involve working on projects for Government agencies, and therefore candidates are required to undergo SC Clearance.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Living permanently in the UK for the past 5 years with full rights to work.
- Clean criminal record history.
- We cannot sponsor VISA's or allow remote workers from outside of the UK for this role.
Skills Required
- Experience within consulting or government environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data architecture, with strong understanding of Azure Data Services.
- Experience translating user needs into architectural roadmaps.
- Full knowledge of data security principles in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Experience of architectural documentation techniques such as HLDs, LLDs, process modelling, system mapping, and stakeholder presentations.
- Knowledge of Databricks or Azure fabric.
Interview Process
- 2 internal interviews, and a 30 minute call with the end client.
