Azure Security Architect

Location: UK (Remote)

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

One of Microsoft’s most respected Azure + Security Solutions Providers is looking for an Azure Security Architect to take the lead on cloud security design, posture, and service innovation.

As a Microsoft Solutions Partner, they drive £100m+ ACR annually, with 85% of delivery coming through Microsoft Managed relationships and co-sold opportunities.

And Security is being hard-wired into every customer Azure solution.

The Role

• Lead the design and implementation of customer security posture across Azure.
• Build frameworks, policies, and architectures that meet enterprise-grade compliance and resilience standards.
• Shape the future, work with the senior leadership team to define new security services and propositions that keep this provider at the cutting edge of Microsoft Security.

What You’ll Work With

As the Azure Security Architect, you’ll be hands-on with Microsoft’s full security stack, including:

• Azure Firewall with threat intelligence integration
• Azure DDoS Protection to mitigate attacks
• Azure Bastion for secure remote access
• Key Vault for secrets and certificate management
• Azure Policy & Blueprints for compliance at scale
• CAF & Well-Architected Framework for secure adoption
• Zero Trust Architecture across identity, devices, data, and infrastructure
• Microsoft Defender for Identity to stop lateral movement and credential theft

What You’ll Bring

• Deep knowledge of Azure security architecture, identity, and threat protection.
• Hands-on experience securing and governing cloud environments at scale.
• Strong consulting presence able to engage at board level as easily as with engineering teams.
• A passion for staying ahead of Microsoft’s fast-moving security ecosystem.
• Certifications... it'd be great if you had one or several of these: SC-100 – Cybersecurity Architect Expert, AZ-500 – Azure Security Engineer Associate, AZ-305 – Azure Solutions Architect Expert, SC-300 – Identity and Access Administrator Associate, SC-400 – Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
