We’re looking for a talented mid-level Software Engineer to join a growing Digital Solutions team in London. You’ll play a key role in shaping technical assets, prototyping solutions, and ensuring best practices in software development are adopted across projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing scalable backend solutions using C# and Python
• Building and deploying solutions within the Azure ecosystem (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, AI Services, etc.)
• Creating and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• Implementing and optimising CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Applying DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks to ensure reliability and scalability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions
• Exploring emerging technologies such as Generative AI, VR/AR, and edge computing to drive innovation

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in software engineering with C# and Python
• 5+ years of hands-on cloud-native development with Azure
• Strong experience with modern frameworks, version control, and testing practices
• Familiarity with agile delivery, including sprint planning and iterative development
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Generative AI (LLMs, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, RAG)
• Exposure to front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Location: London (hybrid, 3 days a week in office)
