Overview
We are looking for an experienced Banking Analytics & ML/AI Consultant with a strong background in analytics within the Banking and Financial Services industry. The role involves leading analytical initiatives, shaping data‑driven solutions, and supporting business development through analytical insight and solutioning expertise.
Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting analytical projects across retail banking functions.
- Providing strategic insights and solutions across areas such as collections and recoveries analytics, line management, underwriting, marketing campaigns, and risk/regulatory reporting.
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, develop analytical frameworks, and deliver actionable insights.
- Contributing to business development through proposal creation and client presentations to promote analytical services.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and implement effective data and analytics solutions for clients.
- Ensuring deliverables meet high‑quality standards with a strong sense of solution‑ing and problem‑solving.
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in analytics within the Banking and Financial Services industry.
- Proven experience in analytical project delivery, ideally with exposure to consulting or professional services environments.
- Experience working with service providers such as leading consulting firms serving the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing presentations and supporting business development or pre‑sales activities.
- Strong understanding of retail banking analytics areas such as collections and recoveries, marketing campaigns, underwriting, and risk/regulatory reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
