Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Banking & Finance Lawyer with 2–8 years’ PQE to join them on an exciting project. They’re particularly interested in candidates with UK Real Estate Finance and UK Renewable Energy Project Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with top-tier Partners on high-profile, complex transactions in UK Real Estate Finance and UK Renewable Energy Project Finance.


• Provide technical and commercial input on deal structuring and execution.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years’ PQE in Banking & Finance.


• Demonstrable experience in UK Real Estate Finance.


• Exposure to UK Renewable Energy Project Finance.


• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness.


• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales.

• Location: UK-based (occasional travel to Bristol required)


• Office: Flexible office attendance; suitable for candidates based in London or across the UK
