Are you a seasoned Bids & Tenders professional with experience leading complex, high-value proposals? We're supporting a leading healthcare organisation to find an expert who can build a best-practice bid framework, lead and write active bids and develop the wider SME team.

You'll need:

• Proven success in managing large-scale bids (healthcare/NHS experience ideal)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching capability
• Strategic and commercial acumen
• Exceptional writing skills to win bids

This is a hands-on, high-impact role-perfect for someone who can hit the ground running and drive transformation in a fast-paced environment.

• Start: Ideally August/September
• Salary: £70-£80k base
