We have a very exciting opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join our client, who is award-winning in their sector. You will support the busy sales and bid teams. Your role will involve ensuring the delivery of bids and project deadlines are met, as well as attending client site meetings as required.

As the Bid Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and developing contracts and quotations
- Acting as the central point of contact for the team
- Supporting Bid Managers with procurement bids, mini-competitions, and sales proposals
- Interfacing with Business Development team members
- Ensuring quality system processes and procedures are followed
- Updating databases as needed
- Formatting bids and contracts to company standards
- Managing shared mailboxes within the business development team
- Liaising with customers and attending client site visits as required
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a similar office support role
- Excellent IT and database skills
- Strong team working skills
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Database management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
