Job Description

Due to further growth of the Bid Team, we are seeking another Bid Manager to join ANY of our 10 UK office locations (Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Glasgow, Cheltenham, Bristol, Amersham, Guildford) providing you are willing to travel to Birmingham on a quarterly basis. This is a permanent position with hybrid working.

Perhaps you are a Bids Coordinator or Assistant seeking the next step or perhaps you're an experienced Bid Manager, we would love to hear from you either way.

We can fund you through Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) or Capture Planning certification, and more!

The Bid Manager is responsible for the successful completion of tenders in accordance with agreed company processes and best practice methodologies, and plays a leading role in ensuring the effective co-ordination and timely completion of tenders. The Bid Team works in partnership with all areas of the business to deliver the growth objectives of Barnett Waddingham. Our work includes the management of all tenders through utilising best practice and experience techniques to co-ordinate incoming data streams supporting an increase in the Firm's win ratio.
