Freelancer Club is looking for an experienced freelance Bid Manager to help us identify, shape, and secure tender opportunities that align with our mission to Empower freelancers and transform the future of work.

What you’ll do:

• Source and evaluate relevant tender opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end bid process – from planning, storyboarding and writing, to submission.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
• Craft compelling narratives that clearly communicate impact, value, and differentiation.
• Track deadlines, manage documentation, and keep projects on schedule.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record of winning tenders or bids (public and/or private sector).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills – able to translate technical info into persuasive copy.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with our team.

Contract: Freelance, flexible hours, remote.
