What will you be doing?
As a Billing Administrator, you will:
- Provide first-line support to internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Manage and maintain workload across systems, take ownership of issues, communicate clearly, identify solutions, and ensure requests are resolved within deadlines
- Contribute feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist with creating and maintaining reports and process documentation
- Foster a customer and team-oriented environment in a fast-paced setting
- Collaborate with colleagues within Finance and other support areas to solve issues and share best practices
What skills will you need?
- Customer service experience, preferably within finance
- Understanding of finance processes
- Desire to learn and develop, possibly towards accounting or service desk roles
- Ambition, drive, and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in Excel (beneficial)
