Billing and Invoicing Coordinator — Location: Jersey • Type: Permanent, Hybrid • Hours: 35 per week

We’re hiring a Billing and Invoicing Coordinator to join our Global Billing team. This role offers the chance to manage billing processes, accounts receivable, and client queries in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process billing data
  • Manage system tickets and create invoices
  • Handle billing queries and reporting
  • Support finance teams with projects and WIP

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ billing or accounts experience
  • Strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; Viewpoint/SAP a plus
