POSITION SUMMARY

This role covers London and flagship doors.
The Area Sales & Education Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of retail sales and key KPIs in their business area, as well as managing the demo budget through excellent service delivery and high-touch customer service. They will build a high-performing team while fostering a consumer-focused culture.
WHAT THIS ROLE DOES
- Recruit, lead, and develop the Point of Sale Management teams to consistently meet Brand expectations on sales, service, operations, and product.
- Collaborate with the Point of Sale Management team to define the commercial strategy for each location, set objectives, and deliver operational excellence aligned with the Brand Strategy.
- Train, coach, and develop Point of Sale Managers. Delegate responsibilities and empower management teams to successfully run the business. Conduct performance reviews based on goals and KPIs.
- Deliver Brand education using digital tools and resources to upskill Point of Sale teams.
- Coach teams on Customer Service, sales techniques, and product knowledge to improve performance, and drive consumer recruitment and retention to grow a loyal customer base.
- Ensure management teams maximize profitability through effective stock management, visual merchandising, and replenishment, taking necessary actions when needed.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Inspirational leader, confident in leading and developing managers and teams.
- Experience managing multiple sites in high-turnover retail or consumer service sectors.
- Strong people management skills, including training and coaching high-performing teams. Experience with remote management is essential.
- Ability to leverage technology to enhance communication and information dissemination.
