A bit about the job:

As the leader of the SME Schemes and Delegated Authority team, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end operational and financial performance of the branch. You’ll drive service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial results, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture. This role is pivotal in delivering Aviva’s strategy and ensuring good customer outcomes through every aspect of our operations.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in leading operational teams within the insurance industry.
• Strong track record of delivering financial performance and service excellence with a focus on customer responsiveness.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential and foster a high performing team culture.
• Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset – experience delivering change is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Salary circa £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
• Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
