The Role and the Team
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Brand & Campaigns Lead to join our growing Brand & Communications team within Marketing. You’ll play a key role in driving member awareness, engagement and revenue growth through the development and execution of high-impact brand and marketing campaigns. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, requiring creativity, leadership in cross-functional settings, and data-driven decision-making.
Our Marketing team is the driving force behind our brand and member engagement, connecting with the Blue Light community in meaningful and impactful ways. We don’t just promote – we inspire, engage, and build lasting relationships and memories.
What You’ll Do
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for key commercial moments like Black Friday, Member Days and product launches
- Collaborate with the commercial team to activate co-branded campaigns that align with member interests and deliver mutual value
- Own the brand proposition, development and guardianship, and develop new product and service positioning
- Oversee the creation of content and wider marketing plan ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Leverage member stories and testimonials to create compelling narratives that drive campaign success
- Refine strategies for improved campaign outcomes, monitoring KPIs such as engagement, share of wallet and revenue
- Implement A/B testing to optimise messaging, visuals, and formats across platforms
- Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks to streamline campaign execution
- Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and promoting a results-driven culture
- Proven experience developing and executing brand strategy and managing high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns in a cross-functional set-up, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods
- In-depth understanding of Above-The-Line (ATL) marketing, with a track record of planning and delivering high-reach campaigns across channels such as TV, radio and OOH
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences
- A data-driven approach with experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with co-branded marketing and partner activations or experience in affiliate marketing and loyalty program promotion would be desirable
- Knowledge of PR integration within campaigns to maximise reach and impact would be an advantage
- A commercial mindset with a focus on identifying opportunities to drive the brand and business forward
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, and ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners

The frequency and office location will vary depending on the role and team, we aim to be flexible, but we aren’t able to offer fully remote working.
