Brand Marketing Manager - prestigious global beauty - London Hybrid up to £60k + bonus
An award-winning and prestigious beauty brand is seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to take ownership of its make-up, skincare and seasonal categories. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative business that is dedicated to responsible beauty, sustainability, and consumer intimacy alongside diversity and inclusion. This role is 3 days in the London office and offers a wide range of benefits from bonus, healthcare, pension, products and 28 days holiday + BH.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing the UK marketing strategy for your categories. Makeup passion and knowledge is a must! You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading product launches and activity plans, ensuring commercial analysis and ROI.
- Collaborating with global teams on new product development, adapting strategies for the UK consumer.
- Driving impactful campaigns with creative and media agencies, ensuring compelling and compliant messaging.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (digital, training, merchandising, supply chain) to deliver seamless customer journeys.
- Providing competitor and market analysis, along with actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Managing budget allocation for sales support, sampling and promotional materials.
- Coaching and inspiring a junior team member, fostering creativity and innovation.
About You / Qualifications
- We’re looking for a creative and curious brand marketer with a strong background in both brand and product management within the beauty sector, preferably makeup.
- 5–6 years’ experience+ in brand marketing, ideally on make-up or skincare
- Strong commercial acumen, able to balance creative ideas with financial impact.
- Experience working across media platforms and with creative/production processes.
- Excellent communication skills, confidence presenting to stakeholders and retailers.
- A collaborative and flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in design, copywriting, and visual merchandising would be advantageous.
