The EMEA Consumer & Creator team is looking for a Consumer Marketing professional, with demonstrated experience in building brands and connecting with our audiences in meaningful ways. They should be adept at synthesizing data and insights into actionable strategies as well as leading impactful campaigns that resonate with relevant audiences, shifting perceptions and behaviors.
This role requires working closely with our global and regional cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business results. The role operates in environments that are time-sensitive, encourage new ideas, look for a growth mindset all with a focus on accountability, independence, and resourcefulness. The environment is often ambiguous and requires balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail in execution.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and shape key consumer opportunities across EMEA that fuel growth, leveraging insights from internal and external partners to deepen understanding of consumers and creators.
- Translate these opportunities into full-funnel, impactful marketing campaigns—on and off platform—by leading the creation, development, and execution of high-quality creative and go-to-market plans.
- Partner with global teams (Brand, Product, Creative) to ensure regional strategies and local-market briefs align with global strategy, while adapting for local social, cultural, and product nuances.
- Collaborate with Creator and Business teams across EMEA to drive alignment and activate unified go-to-market strategies and execution across business, creator, and consumer audiences.
- Coordinate measurement plans and learning agendas to assess business impact, generate proof points, and identify opportunities for scaling within EMEA and globally.
- Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and executing opportunities for testing and experimentation across the EMEA and International Marketing teams.
- Effectively communicate and foster partnerships across all organizational levels to advocate for and drive marketing strategies and plans.
- Bridge global strategies with regional/local relevance managing both external agencies and internal creative teams to deliver effective, innovative, and locally relevant marketing initiatives.
