The Opportunity

We are looking for ambitious and driven Brokers to join our expanding team.

You’ll be representing a brand known for its integrity, professionalism, and consultative approach — working directly with business owners, CFOs, and high-net-worth clients to deliver value across multiple product lines.

This role is ideal for someone with sales experience in FX, asset finance, lending, or financial brokerage, who thrives on autonomy and wants to build a substantial client book with industry-leading commission and genuine earning potential. Or someone without too much experience looking to get the best and most financially rewarding start to their careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own portfolio of business and private clients.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, and decision-makers across sectors.
• Identify client requirements and match them with Hillwater’s tailored financial solutions.
• Advise clients on FX markets, hedging strategies, and funding structures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end financial solutions (FX, asset finance, business loans, property finance, invoice financing).
• Maintain excellent client service standards, ensuring long-term retention and referrals.
• Work proactively to meet and exceed monthly revenue and onboarding targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales, broking, or financial consultancy (FX, asset finance, lending, or similar preferred).
• Strong communicator with excellent phone and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Understanding of financial products and markets desirable but not essential (full training provided).
