£55,000 £60,000 (Potential for further negotiation DOE) + Car Allowance

• Hybrid - 1 day a week at the office in Leeds

You’ll carry out inspections and plan reviews across a broad mix of projects, offering expert guidance to developers and contractors. Your role will be key in ensuring regulatory compliance while building strong, professional client relationships. Forward-planning, self-management, and attention to detail are essential, as you’ll act as a trusted advisor in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and review plans for compliance
• Provide clear, practical advice to builders and developers
• Maintain accurate digital records and inspection reports
• Build and manage client relationships with professionalism
• Stay current with Building Regulations and legislation

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered with BSR (minimum 2A)
• MRICS / MCABE / MCIOB or equivalent
• Proven experience in site inspections and plan checking
