Urban Connect is currently supporting a local MEP consultancy with 3 UK offices. In a period of consistent growth, they are looking for new team members at their Head Office in Manchester. This is a great opportunity to work for an employee-owned trust on varied projects with build values ranging from £10m to over £200m. Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Development of IES and Simplified Building Energy models
• Conduct TM52 & TM59 Overheating assessments and produce reports
• Prepare clear, concise reports and communicate findings to internal design teams
• Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure integrated design solutions
