The Building Services Engineer Role

As the Building Services Engineer/ Handyman, you will be a key member of the Facilities team, assisting with the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the company's premises. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and escorting contractors on site
• Attending to breakdowns and reactive calls
• Obtaining quotes for third-party work
• Assisting the Motor Transport Engineer and Electrician with various tasks
• Carrying out small to medium-sized projects, such as painting, basic plumbing, and joinery

What We're Looking For

The ideal Buiilding Services Engineer/ Handyman candidate will have a diverse skill set, including:

• Ability to work at height
• Fault-finding, rectification, and installation experience within a multi-skilled background
• Electrical bias (advantageous)
• Good all-round DIY skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in working independently
• Computer literacy
• Full clean UK driving licence
