Building Surveyor - IMMEDIATE START
Location: London
We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic London-based team. This full-time, hybrid position entails the delivery of cost consultancy services for residential developments across the UK. In this role, you will work closely with clients and project teams, across all aspects of a project life cycle. Typical projects you will be involved with, will range in value from £20m - £50m.
Minimum 3 years experience working in the UK construction industry.
Able to undertake day-to-day cost management tasks supporting senior team members across chosen projects.
General understanding of cost management services (cost planning, procurement, and post-contract)
Good commercial knowledge Strong communication skills – able to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients.
Keen attention to detail with an eye for quality and accuracy and an understanding of the importance of quality assurance.
Demonstrable passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry.

You will report directly to a Senior Cost Consultant or Associate Director. You will also be provided with coaching and support to facilitate career development planning as required.
