Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and technology partners to gather and analyse business requirements related to benefits platforms and digital tools.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for digital solutions.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of benefits technology systems, such as platforms for pensions administration, flexible benefits, or total reward
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies to drive optimisation and efficiency
- Work closely with developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered accurately
- Assist with UAT, documentation, and training materials as needed to support solution roll-out.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a systems related role involving data lineage.
- Strong understanding of benefits platforms and digital HR solutions.
- Confident in engaging with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies is desirable.
