Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and technology partners to gather and analyse business requirements related to benefits platforms and digital tools.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for digital solutions.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of benefits technology systems, such as platforms for pensions administration, flexible benefits, or total reward
  • Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility studies to drive optimisation and efficiency
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered accurately
  • Assist with UAT, documentation, and training materials as needed to support solution roll-out.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a systems related role involving data lineage.
  • Strong understanding of benefits platforms and digital HR solutions.
  • Confident in engaging with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies is desirable.
