Role Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst & Consultant to join our growing team at Zayyan Foods Distribution Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a key role in driving strategic, operational, and analytical initiatives across the business.

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct workshops, seminars, and presentations both internally and externally.
• Provide strategic and operational advice on business processes, market positioning, and performance improvement.
• Diagnose challenges in business strategy, policy, structure, and operational workflow.
• Design and implement research methods to collect and analyse data, generating actionable insights.
• Review and optimise organisational objectives and processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Support leadership in identifying growth opportunities and designing data-driven solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong analytical skills and business analysis skills
• Proficiency in understanding and developing business processes and business requirements
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience in the food distribution industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in this role
• A client-focused mindset with a proactive approach
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000 per year (depending on experience)
