The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and solutions to clients undergoing significant organisational change.What you’ll be doingAnalysis and Problem solving: Develop solutions and recommendations considering business needs, user needs and technology constraints.Set strategy: Support our client’s in defining transformation roadmaps that address the client’s organisational business problems and needs.Digital delivery: Set the direction and scope for delivery teams, managing discovery and refinement of scope, progressing options, and ensuring a value-based prioritisation approach.Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support clients through organisational transformations.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the practice.Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in change and transformation.What you’ll bringExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business consulting, ideally from a management consulting firm.Preferably experience of working within the public sector industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
