We are seeking a Data Specialist Senior Business Consulting Manager with a background in Defence to drive business in Technology Transformation consultancy services into Aerospace, Defence and Secure (ADS) clients.

What you’ll be doing:
- Drive growth in Technology Transformation and Data & Analytics consulting into ADS clients.
- “Think with” clients to identify and gather opportunities reimagining business through data.
- Lead consulting teams delivering applications, cloud, infrastructure, and analytics transformation.
- Scope and define proposals, benefit cases, implementation plans, and comms material.
- Build and manage pipeline; lead bids and proposals.
- Nurture internal/external partner networks, including alliances and senior client teams.
- Deliver high-quality projects to revenue and satisfaction targets.
- Drive thought leadership—industry forums, events, and social media presence.
- Foster a consulting culture that embraces disruptive technologies.
What you’ll bring:
- Holding MOD SC or DV clearance (eDV desirable).
- Consulting experience in a recognised professional services environment.
- Data SME in Defence, Secure, or Policing environments.
- Consistent record in building and scaling multimillion-pound transformation consulting practices.
- Hands-on experience in data platform delivery.
- Deep expertise in data, analytics, applications, cloud, and infrastructure transformation
- Strong leadership, team building and coaching.

Salary: £90,000 - £110,000
