Your next role

• Act as the main BD contact for South West UK opportunities
• Support Key Relationship Management (KRM) plans and monitor client engagement
• Conduct market research and data analysis to inform strategy
• Generate B2B meetings and support work winners with client insights
• Coordinate integrated BD & Marketing plans
• Create compelling capability statements and presentation materials
• Share intelligence across sectors and regions
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Your skills and experience

• Experience in business development and marketing within the built environment
• Strong UK market knowledge and architectural contacts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
• A proactive, confident, and collaborative approach
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• A passion for connecting with people and driving business growth
