We have offices in Spain and the United Kingdom.

We work on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs and startups.

Functions:

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, closing, and nurturing accounts.
• Bonus: Exposure to Salesforce, Infor ERP, and AI/Blockchain
• Generate new business opportunities with mid-market companies (revenue £10M–£200M).
• Develop consultative relationships with IT, and Operational leaders.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to shape and price proposals.
• Manage pipeline and report performance.
• Represent MBC UK in industry events, digital forums, and with existing clients.
  
  

• At least 5 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in a digital agency or IT consultancy.
• Proven success selling digital/IT/Tech solutions or managed services to UK clients.
• Strong network in industries like retail, finance, logistics, education, or health.
• Ability to translate client needs into high-value, margin-rich proposals.
• Familiarity with nearshore/outsourced delivery models.
• Self-starter, confident communicator, and results-driven.
  
  

• Be the first UK sales lead for an exciting new partnership.
• Access to full delivery capacity.
• Uncapped commission and ability to shape your own territory.
• Flexibility to work remotely with occasional travel to clients/events.
• Backing from a growing consultancy with international ambitions.
• Location: UK (Remote/Hybrid – ideally based in Milton Keynes, London, or Birmingham).
• Fix salary + uncapped commission.
• Type: Full-time, Permanent.
