Job Title: Business Development Consultant – Supply Chain & Diversity Focus

Location: Fully remote. (Applicants must be based in the UK and have full right to work)

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven and experienced Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of workforce diversity across the supply chain industry, while contributing to our global growth journey.

The Role

This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment sales who understands the complexities of supply chain diversity and can develop trusted relationships with corporate clients and MSP organisations. You’ll be instrumental in driving new business, delivering talent solutions, and supporting clients in meeting their DE&I goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships across the UK and EMEA supply chain sector
• Engage with key decision-makers within corporates and MSPs to understand hiring challenges and offer strategic solutions
• Promote inclusive hiring practices and support clients in addressing diversity gaps within their talent pipelines
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure high-quality candidate placements
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and diversity-focused initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record in recruitment sales or business development, ideally within future technology, BFSI, life-sciences/pharma, defence, or related industries
• Strong understanding of MSP models and corporate procurement structures
• Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion, with experience in helping clients achieve diverse hiring outcomes
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially astute
