Our client is on a mission to be the trusted partner for social landlords and beyond, delivering compliant, professional, and forward-thinking solutions across a range of property services and specialist cleaning offerings.
They are keen to identify a well-networked individual who is looking to shape the growth trajectory of a forward-thinking company, making a real difference in housing and property services. You’ll have the autonomy to build strategy, open new doors, and expand reach across multiple markets.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 base depending on experience, plus bonus, car allowance and benefits
Location: National role with flexibility to travel
We welcome the opportunity to speak with candidates who have a background in selling services within Facilities Management, Specialist Cleaning, Hygiene, or wider Property Services.
Responsibilities
- Leading the sales and growth strategy across the service portfolio, driving the sales function
- Growing revenue from existing clients whilst opening new frameworks and markets
- Overseeing tender submissions and framework opportunities, ensuring high-quality, compelling bids whilst maintaining a tracking system for tenders
- Positioning the business as the partner of choice for social landlords, reducing last-minute pressures and supporting compliance
- Spearheading expansion into new markets, including the wider public sector, private landlords, and commercial clients
- Working with the wider bid and marketing team to prepare and produce market-leading, client-facing presentations and proposals
- Preparing monthly and quarterly summaries of sales activities and reporting regularly to the MD on progress and challenges
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to adapt the sales strategy and respond effectively
Requirements
- Experience building a pipeline and winning profitable business with an established network within social housing, private landlords and the commercial property sector
- Knowledge of Awaab’s Law and other operational processes, health & safety protocols and compliance requirements
- A hunter by nature, passionate about reaching and exceeding individual financial targets with a hands-on approach
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritising to meet deadlines, managing a busy workload and multi-tasking
- Strong influencing, commercial and negotiation skills
- Collaborative in style, a true team player
- Demonstrable experience guiding and developing talent within a team
- Able to travel nationally as required
