The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing, driven Business Development Executive to join a high-growth, well-funded start-up with huge ambitions. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and converting new business opportunities, selling into founders and C-suite leaders of software and SaaS companies.
You’ll be supported by a high-calibre team and well devised tech stack to help you succeed. For someone ambitious and commercially sharp, this role offers a fast-track route to a Business Development Manager position, with significant opportunities for career progression.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generating qualified leads through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting to handover
- Selling to senior decision-makers (founders, CEOs, CFOs) at software/SaaS businesses
- Leading discovery conversations to understand business challenges and pitch solutions
- Maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM
- Collaborating with senior sales and leadership teams to refine outreach strategy
- Working remotely with a high-performing, supportive team across the business
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Confident communicator who thrives engaging with senior stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy, self-driven pipeline
- Resilience, commercial curiosity, and hunger to progress
- Experience selling a software solution
- Exposure to high-growth or start-up environments is a plus
- Ambition to move into a BDM role in the near future
