Business Development Executive - Leicester (Hybrid)
Bibby Financial Services has an exciting opportunity available for a reliable Business Development Executive to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £27,000 - £30,000 per annum.
Role Overview
As our Business Development Executive, you will support the sales team in proactively winning new clients and revenue. The role requires excellent customer service to clients, prospects, and internal/external customers.
Responsibilities
- Support core BDMs, including construction and niche product specialists, and assist in individual development.
- Achieve sales targets for new deals and minimum fees.
- Attend joint sales meetings, research prospects, and complete follow-up documentation.
- Originate and deliver Forward Finance deals.
- Develop knowledge of asset-based finance, Bibby products, clients, competitors, and markets.
- Assist the sales team with legal documentation and client sign-ups.
- Maintain and update CRM records promptly.
- Represent the Bibby brand professionally and build relationships with introducers and clients.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Proven experience in a customer-focused environment.
Skills: Numeracy, literacy, IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel), planning, organizing, customer service, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
