The Sales team operates at the face of our business introducing clients to our trusted strategic intelligence. What you’ll be doing…
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Digital Advertising Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling advertising solutions across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for sourcing new business and exceeding sales targets.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for digital advertising sales.
Client Sourcing and Relationship Building:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching and sourcing companies that align with our digital advertising offerings.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach and tailored sales pitches.
- Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, and networking events to generate leads and secure new accounts.
Market Awareness and Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital advertising opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share through new client acquisitions.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and revenue growth.
Administrative and Team Collaboration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress and share ideas for optimizing sales processes.
Work Schedule:
- This role requires 4 days a week in the office to foster collaboration and participate in team strategy sessions.
Work with Editorial & Product Teams:
- Collect client insights (e.g., feature requests, pain points) during interactions and share with product teams.
- Suggest content ideas for editorial based on industry trends or client needs (e.g., case studies in Transport).
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on product improvements.

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in digital advertising or media sales.
- Strong ability to source and secure new business through proactive outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
