Must Have s
- Strong people skills you know how to build rapport and hold a conversation
- Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
- Comfortable speaking to senior stakeholders (IT/Ops Directors)
- Proactive, driven, and keen to learn
- Able to work from the Cheltenham office
Nice to have s
- B2B sales experience, especially in tech or SaaS
- Experience managing the full sales cycle
- Familiarity with outbound outreach or lead qualification
- A passion for helping clients solve real problems
So what will you be doing?
- Reaching out to US-based B2B prospects and generating new business
- Qualifying leads and guiding them through a consultative sales journey
- Building trusted relationships with decision-makers
- Running product demos based on client needs and challenges
- Working closely with the pre-sales and wider commercial team
- Achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
