Role: Business Development Lead
Salary: Up to £135,000 + commission & health care
Location: Hampshire - flexible working with client travel
Are you a highly experienced business development and sales individual with a background selling cloud solutions & integration capabilities to the UK MOD & Intelligence customers?
We are working with a growing SME Systems Integrator who are looking to hire a permanent Business Development Lead to head up their business winning capabilities and grow out the business development and accounts function.
The business themselves are becoming a highly recognised and trusted partner of UK MOD and have further growth plans as a niche SI.
The role will balance individual contribution and billing quota, and enabling team growth to build out a discipline.
The role will go beyond that of purely business development and will sit within the SLT and be key to the businesses further growth.
They're looking for individuals that have experience balancing individual business winning with managing and building AE & BD teams. Specifically individuals with experience selling cloud and systems capabilities to MOD & Government departments.
Experience;
- Business winning and campaign management within MOD.
- Professional sales and business development experience.
- Background in MOD & Government sales.
- Experience of technical and integration sales.
- Manager, leader and mentor.
